Ordering items

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on ‘Checkout’ and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, contact us and we will correct the mistake.

When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice.

We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason.

In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

We will normally despatch your order to you within 14 business days.

Do I need an account?

You do not need an account to place an order with us however you will not be able to check previous orders or update your delivery details directly without one.

Can I buy over the phone

Back Orders

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

What payment methods do you accept?

Payment can be made via the website using WooCommerce for credit/debit card orders.

When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 256 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Do you sell discount coupons?

How do I use a discount coupon?

If you have a promo coupon or a gift card follow the steps below to apply it to your order.

1. Add items to your cart and proceed through the checkout steps.

2. When you reach the Payment Options page, copy/paste your code in the box underneath Enter Promo or Gift Code. Codes are case sensitive and should not have spaces before or after them.

3. Click Apply Code.

4. Your Order Summary on the top right of the page should now reflect your savings amount. Click Continue to continue your purchase.

Not working? Try these tips for troubleshooting:

Codes are case sensitive and most discount codes are in ALL CAPS.
For further details, please be sure to read the terms and conditions of the promotion. If the code specifies you must buy a certain number of items, or spend a minimum amount, be sure that your order meets those requirements or else the code will not work.

Is there a time limit on promotions?

Time limits for promotions will be advised at the time of purchase or in the documentation supplied

Shipping and Delivery

What’s your cancellation and refund policy?

We will normally despatch your order to you within 14 business days..

You must inform us within two working days if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.

You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.

What delivery options are there?

Items supplied through the club shop are fully guaranteed and should any item fail to give complete satisfaction, it can be exchanged for another item or a refund for the cost of the item can be given.

You can purchase in complete confidence. Care has been taken to ensure that specifications and prices are correct at the time of going to press, however we reserve the right to make subsequent alterations as circumstances dictate without prior notice. All measurements are for general guidance only and are of generous sizing.

Catalogue Postage and Packaging Costs (All prices include VAT where applicable.)

Postage and Package costs to England (excluding Channel Islands), Mainland Scotland, Wales & Northern Ireland weighing

UNDER 2kgs £4.95 .
OVER 2kgs £5.95.

For all other destinations, please contact us before placing your order for a postage cost.

For Europe and the Rest of the World, P&P will be calculated on an individual cost, please contact us before ordering.
