Delivery & Returns

Your rights to return goods are protected under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.

You are entitled to cancel your order and return the goods within 30 working days (60 working days at Christmas) for a full refund on the item (excluding postage costs).

You can do this by contacting us by email or telephone and quoting the order number supplied to you. Your refund will be paid within 30 days. You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value.

This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault – for example, if goods are faulty.

Any goods returned should have any tags attached and be in the new and never been used saleable condition in which they were sent.

These terms apply to your order. We may change our terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply in the future.

None of these terms affect your legal rights and these are not diminished in any way. If any term is held to be invalid under any applicable statute or rule of law, that term will automatically be dismissed.

Any Items shipped outside of the UK that may be subject to import taxes, VAT, duties or additional payments are the responsibility of the recipient. These charges will depend on the country the items are being sent to and the value of the item. Buyers outside of the UK who wish to return an item for any reason must do so at their own expense and any costs charges or duties that are incurred by us to facilitate any returns will be deducted from the refund amount.
