DELIVERY & RETURNS

Delivery is 14-21 days due to the bespoke nature of our products.

RETURNS AND NO EXCHANGE POLICY

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Please read our returns policy carefully before ordering.

Your rights to return goods are protected under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.

Returns: We accept returns within 28 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

No Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different item, size, or colour, please return your original purchase for a refund (if eligible) and place a new order.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, any goods returned should have any tags attached and be in the new and never been used saleable condition in which they were sent. We will issue a refund to your original payment method. Order shipping costs are non‑refundable.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot refund items lost in transit.

Any Items shipped outside of the UK that may be subject to import taxes, VAT, duties or additional payments are the responsibility of the recipient. These charges will depend on the country the items are being sent to and the value of the item. Buyers outside of the UK who wish to return an item for any reason must do so at their own expense and any costs charges or duties that are incurred by us to facilitate any returns will be deducted from the refund amount.
